Fingertips CMS, Open Source VB.Net CMS
Fingertips is both a framework and a user-interface to manage website content. The software is written in Microsoft ASP.Net (VB.Net) with a development style that is intended to be simple and easy to follow. It is aimed at web developers, both professional and amateur who are looking for a CMS solution to run on a Windows platform (we recommend IIS7). The software is free to download and available under open source licensing.
